Michael Jeppesen

President, Managing Broker

As President of Innovision Property Group, Michael Jeppesen focuses on providing clients with attentive service, informative and concise market data, and a broad range of effective transactional skills.

Prior to starting Innovision Property Group in 2005, Michael worked with CB Richard Ellis as First Vice President of Brokerage Services. At CBRE he gained extensive expertise working with institutional developers and property owners as both a leasing agent and development consultant. His passion for creating new high quality building projects led him to form alliances with several general contractors, architects, and engineering firms. Through these relationships Michael has been able to execute and manage sophisticated development projects, as well as oversee the marketing, leasing, and eventual disposition for many notable commercial building projects.

In addition to years of experience, and over $300,000,000 of sales and leasing transaction volume, Michael is a CCIM designee (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and serves as current Board Member and past President of the Utah CCIM chapter. Michael is a member of the United States Green Building Council and has obtained the LEED accredited professional designation.  He serves as the Program Chair for the USGBC Utah Chapter. Michael has recently recieved his SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designation and is very excited at having become a member. His track record of bringing together investment property owners and prospective buyers is a testament to his tenacity, and deep understanding of transactional economics. Through a clear vision and a dedication to developing successful working relationships with property owners, users and investors, Michael continues to demonstrate his commitment to excellence in the commercial real estate industry.
