Associate BrokerJeremy Jensen brings his passion for the real estate business to the Innovision Property Group team as an Associate Broker. He has significant commercial and residential real estate experience. Jeremy has worked on owners association boards, site acquisitions, financing, contract negotiations, partnership agreements, tax credits, tax exempt bonds, RDA & SID financings, construction management, brokerage management, sales, leasing, military housing, property management, entitlement and development (multi-family, retail, residential, mixed use, & resort).
He is a licensed real estate broker in Utah, and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designee. Jeremy has been in real estate since 1996, and over the last 12 years, he has been involved in hundreds of real estate closings totaling in the hundreds of millions.
